It started in 2016, as regular customers at a local coffee shop with an idea about specialty coffee. The first branch opened in Mangaf on 28 March 2017.

Chapter two

A real street
in Kuwait.

The first branch opened on Coast street in Mangaf on 28 March 2017. A second followed on 21 April 2018. Today there are four: Mangaf, Mahboula, Al Kout Mall and 360 Mall.

Then, three ways we ice it.

A clear Mug iced takeaway cup. Its contents change from an iced americano, to an iced spanish latte, to an iced matcha latte.

Roasting

It begins when the beans
drop into the drum.

Rising temperature does the rest. Time and temperature are the controls, and the flavour develops through four stages before the roast is finished.

Chapter five

The coffee
pairing.

Balance the depth of an Americano against the gentle sweetness of a freshly baked cinnamon roll. The bakery runs daily, alongside the roast.
